Hope House opened its doors in 1990 for those that needed help.

We are proud that for 30 years we have been delivering specialized substance use disorder (SUD) treatment along with mental health services in our residential treatment program. We are licensed by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and are a certified Drug Medi-Cal program.

Our 16 bed program is operated out of two side-by-side homes in a residential neighborhood. Our mission is to provide individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) individualized treatment in a structured yet warm environment. We serve adult individuals and those who are pregnant or with infants. Our evidence-based, gender specific groups provide the most up to date information and techniques which address addiction and other harmful behaviors. We work closely with the courts, probation, parole and Child Protective Services to address legal issues and reunify individuals with their children when possible.

After graduating from our program, our alums can receive free services from Hope House via our weekly alumni group and open door policy. Once you graduate from our program, you are a part of the Hope House family. Our culturally sensitive and diverse program welcomes and supports women from all backgrounds.

The second component of our Hope House program is our transitional housing. We provide successful residential graduates from our program and other recovery programs safe and supportive transitional living coupled with case management. It is a requirement that transitional residents be gainfully employed and/or be attending school, along with continued recovery based involvement in the community.
